报告人简介：

张军博士在德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校获得电气与计算机工程博士学位。他目前工作在香港科技大学电子与计算机工程系，担任研究助理教授。他目前的研究兴趣包括：密集无线协作网络，移动边缘缓存和计算，云计算以及大数据分析系统。

张军博士合著了书籍Fundamentals of LTE (Prentice-Hall, 2010)。他是过多篇最佳论文的得主，包括2014年EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing最佳论文奖，2014年IEEE PIMRC的最佳论文奖，2016 Marconi Prize Paper Award in Wireless Communications，2016年的IEEE信号处理学会Young Author Best Paper Awards以及IEEE ICC的最佳论文奖。他还获得了2016IEEE通信学会亚太区最佳青年研究员。他是IEEETransactions on Wireless Communications的编辑，也是IEEE Access中无线网络边缘计算special section的客座编辑。他还在多个主要的IEEE无线通信会议technical program委员会工作，例如ICC、Globecom、WCNC、VTC等等，并且担任了IEEE WCNC 2011的MAC track co-chair。

Dr. Jun Zhang received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He is currently a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). His current research interests include dense wireless cooperative networks, mobile edge caching and computing, cloud computing, and big data analytics systems.

Dr. Zhang co-authored the book Fundamentals of LTE (Prentice-Hall, 2010). He is a recipient of several best paper awards, including the 2016 Marconi Prize Paper Award in Wireless Communications, the 2016 Young Author Best Paper Awards by the IEEE Signal Processing Society (co-author), the 2014 Best Paper Award for the EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing, an IEEE ICC Best Paper Award in 2016, and an IEEE PIMRC Best Paper Award in 2014. He also received the 2016 IEEE ComSoc Asia-Pacific Best Young Researcher Award. He is an Editor of IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, and is a guest editor of the special section on "Mobile Edge Computing for Wireless Networks" in IEEE Access. He frequently serves on the technical program committees of major IEEE conferences in wireless communications, such as ICC, Globecom, WCNC, VTC, etc., and served as a MAC track co-chair for IEEE WCNC 2011.
